Strategic Synergy: Cir4Fun and R-evolve Launch Joint Visibility Campaign

The European drive for sustainability has gained fresh momentum in the furniture sector. The two ambitious EU-funded projects, Cir4Fun and R-evolve, have formally joined forces to launch a coordinated effort to boost project visibility and accelerate circularity across the industry.

The fundamental objective of this partnership is clear: by combining networks, the projects achieve far greater outreach and ensure their innovations reach a much wider audience of industry stakeholders and policymakers.

The timing of this synergy is also important. The furniture sector is under immense pressure from rising costs and consumer demand for transparency. Crucially, the looming EcoDesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) means the entire sector has to align with new circular standards quickly. Both Cir4Fun and R-evolve are perfectly positioned to address this transition, focusing on sustainable practices, innovative business models, and powerful digital solutions.

While both projects share the goal of transforming the sector, their specific focus areas allow for promising synergy and reinforcement. Both Cir4Fun and R-evolve are dedicated to integrating innovative circular design, developing sustainable business models, and building the necessary digital solutions for data transparency. By aligning their efforts, the projects maximise their collective influence on every critical component, from the technical definition of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) to the testing of new Eco-Design methods, ensuring a powerful, unified message across the entire European value chain.

The Alliance for Amplification

To maximise the reach of this collective work, Cir4Fun and R-evolve are launching joint cross-promotion activities. This effort will ensure the projects; innovations and insights are shared across both consortia’s networks, doubling the industry audience reached and amplifying the message for a sustainable future.
