AIDIMME Showcases Cir4Fun at Key Circular Economy Event in Valencia
Valencia, Spain – AIDIMME, Cir4Fun’s project coordinator, recently participated in the “Taller participativo: Soluciones sistémicas de Economía Circular en la Comunidad Valenciana” (Participatory workshop: Systemic Circular Economy Solutions in the Valencian Community). The event took place in Valencia on May 29 and brought together 40 attendees from various sectors to discuss and validate circular economy technologies.
The workshop’s main goal was to kickstart a participatory discussion for the validation and implementation of systemic circular technologies developed as part of the CircSyst Project. These technologies are set to be demonstrated across three sites within the Valencian Community.
During the event, AIDIMME delivered a presentation, effectively showcasing Cir4Fun as a crucial circular economy project with significant involvement from the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI). The presentation highlighted Cir4Fun’s mission to transform the furniture industry by fully integrating circular economy principles throughout the entire product lifecycle.
The workshop attracted a diverse group of attendees, all of whom showed keen interest in the Cir4Fun project. Participants specifically emphasised the ambitious nature of Cir4Fun’s objectives, clearly seeing the project’s strong potential for a lasting impact.
